Raymond M Baldwinsville , NY October 24, 2016 Appliance: Model JMV9186WB-1 The top vent fell off the microwave Easy fix, just removed the screws that remained, installed the new unit and reapplied the screws. Didn't take 5 minutes. The issue is why Jenn-Aire makes a product so shoddy that it required me to replace this part TWO TIMES. The first time was still under warranty.
