Raymond M Baldwinsville , NY October 24, 2016 Appliance: Model JMV9186WB-1 The top vent fell off the microwave Easy fix, just removed the screws that remained, installed the new unit and reapplied the screws. Didn't take 5 minutes. The issue is why Jenn-Aire makes a product so shoddy that it required me to replace this part TWO TIMES. The first time was still under warranty. Also an issue was trying to interpret the model number suffix for color.
