William S Frederick , MD August 17, 2015 Touch panel was partially operational Ordered the Control Panel Assembly. It arrive the next day. The installation was not that difficult. The critical piece of the repair was removing the ribbon that connects to the Control Panel from the harness. Once this was loose (wiggle this very gently) I installed the new part in the reverse order and presto my Jenn Air now is 100% functional. Thanks for the speedy delivery and exact match on the part.
