We called the local appliance repair company out for the E3 error code. They said the washer was not worth repair as it was 12 years old. With this information, I thought that I had nothing to lose by trying it myself. After some research, I found APP and the video. Once I had the washer apart, we ordered parts and made a successful repair. The video was well done and very detailed. Thank you so much for saving us the purchase of a new washer.
