Initially, I was considering changing out the circuit board. The error code would appear even when the tub was run without any laundry. Most websites indicated that a circuit board swap would be the fix however I wasn't ready to risk $300 for a possible repair. I checked out the appliance parts pros website and learned the issue could be the suspension rods. The repair video on the website made the job seem like something I could do. I ordered the part, received it Tuesday, and within 30 minutes the job was completed and the washer was back in working order. I needed my wife to steady the lid while I did the repair.
