Greg W Columbia City , IN June 18, 2021 Appliance: LG Washer WT1101CW LG washer was giving me UE fault on heavy loads After several months of the UE codes becoming more frequent on my LG top load washer, I did a Google search for a repair. Pretty universally, it was determined that the suspension rods being worn out causes the issue. It's only been a few days, but so far, no UE codes since I installed the new suspension kit. Maurice R San Jose , CA January 23, 2022 Appliance: Model LIFE’S GOOD Uneven load error message. Replaced suspension rods. Very easy repair, one screwdriver and 20 minutes. This is either a very bad design or designed this way with the purpose to sell repairs. The springs in the rods start to sag after a couple of years. I’ve replaced these rods 4 times now. Every couple of years the uneven load error message starts coming on on almost every load. Once that happens it continues to try to even the load by refilling the tub with water to redistribute the load, wasting so much water. The water saver feature is nonexistent. Ended up replacing the clutch assembly (AEN73131406) which DID fix the problem.
