Replaced the stator and suspension rods and the issue is resolved.
Stator was very easy installation if you review the Installation Video. Thank you APP for these valuable videos. The four stator bolts are tightened to about 10 ft-lb if you are using a torque wrench. As shown in the video, do not skip using the blue Loctite for the bolt that holds the rotor to the shaft. Tighten the rotor bolt to about 16 ft-lb if you are using a torque wrench.
For the suspension rods, using a helper will make installation much easier. Replacing the springs one at a time, I held up each new spring while my Wife attach the top spring retainer.
