Andy C Richland , WA April 10, 2023 Unbalanced loads. Watched the tutorial on fixing a Shaft Flange Assembly. for our Samsung washer. Took the washer apart and found that yes the arm had deteriorated and cracked. This also caused the door boot seal to be worn through so it leaked. Found all the parts on AppliancePartsPros.com website, and ordered and repaired the washer. Very helpful and excited to not have to buy a new washing machine!
