Ordered the part--came in FAST--replaced the part--just that easy, just that quick. Unfortunately due to the design of this Maytag Performa washing machine, the agitator cogs are not serviceable unlike older Whirlpool built machines...so I was a little let down regarding the repair cost for a simple issue. NOT a fault of ANY parts supplier--fault is with Maytag's design--as this washing machine was only slightly used--less than 15 loads of use.
