Through googling my problem (I am the least handy person on the face of the planet) with the agitator, I got to appliance parts Pro website and watched a couple videos to see if that video was related to my problem. And, as usual, it was. I ordered the parts, they arrived two days later, and in about 15min my washing machine was back up and running properly.
