Beryl W North Garden , VA March 13, 2015 Upper dual broil element was not working I ordered the part on line, and it was delivered on the date APP stated as an expected delivery date. I watched the video on the website which was very helpful, and gave some good tips to make the repair go much easier (using twist ties around the exposed wires so they didn't slip back into the back wall of the oven). The hardest part of the whole repair was getting the screws on the back plate of the unit, inside the oven, loose. After 15 years of heat, they took more than a simple screw driver to remove. Once the old unit was out, I followed the tips on the video, and the new unit went right in. I put the oven door back on and...
