The parts diagram on the web site helped in identifying the parts needed for the repair. In addition, several parts were never installed on the dishwasher. For example, two parts on each side of the adjuster should have been installed at the factory, but only one was installed on each side. No doubt, this caused the failure of the adjustert. I contacted Kitchen Aid and they said the dishwasher was out of warranty. They could care less that the parts were never installed at the factory.
The parts were as shown on the website and arrived on time.
