I spoke to and ordered my parts from Samantha on Oct. 8th approx. 11:30 am...and had the parts delivered and in my hands before noon the next day (Oct. 9th). Samantha was very helpful, and seems to have excellent skills, knowledge, and abilities in her job. Customer service was super !
It was a breath of fresh air, so to speak, to deal with someone that appears to enjoy her job.
