John K Morongo Valley , CA October 13, 2014 Appliance: KitchenAid Undercounter Dishwasher KUDS03FSSS4 Upper rack end caps of the dishwasher broke I spoke to and ordered my parts from Samantha on Oct. 8th approx. 11:30 am...and had the parts delivered and in my hands before noon the next day (Oct. 9th). Samantha was very helpful, and seems to have excellent skills, knowledge, and abilities in her job. Customer service was super !
