We looked online to try and determine what the problem could be. We found some helpful DIY videos on Youtube and that helped us to determine that it was likely the timer. We ordered it, and it arrived very quickly, faster than could be ordered here locally.
We then looked at some other youtube videos on how to replace the time and my girlfriend put it in in about 10 minutes and we had the washer up and running in no time. The things you take for granted. Now I have 6 loads of laundry to fold. So much for the afterglow.
