I didn't even try to trouble shoot it at first because I thought it was prob in the controls or something else beyond me. But the book said it wouldn't do anything if the pump went out. After reading all I could in the book, I found several videos online. The more helpful ones were found when I searched with my model number. I didn't look at the videos on this site because I had it figured out by then. But I had ordered parts from here before and, once again, they were fast and right. I ordered late Thurs night and had the pump by Sat afternoon. And my washer was actually under warranty, but there was not one of their repairmen in the area, and my regular guy was still a week out (he's also an air cond man and it was HOT outside). Didn't know if they'd cover it or not, but they did! But waiting a week was out of the question if I could fix it--I'm 20 min from my son's small washer, and 40 mins from town and my mother with Alzheimer's requires MUCH laundry. Wish I'd have just fixed it myself rather than calling anyone to start with--it was broken two days before I started troubleshooting it myself.
A small ViseGrip locking plier is great for removing those hose clamps!
