Katharine S North Andover , MA September 28, 2019 Appliance: Model AFFINITY WASHER 2014 MODEL Washer door internal plastic structures warped and then broke for the second time I had to replace the two plastic outer frames and the hinge assembly. It was no problem to fix but such a bummer that it had broken in the same way- twice. The glass window is so heavy- too heavy for the internal plastic parts. My family drys their own laundry- kids included so I’m afraid this machine requires a gentler touch.
