Replacing the pump solved the problem. The Washer completes it's cycle with no water in the tub.
Since the replacement pump matched the old unit we were able to just replace the top shell of the pump which contained the motor and impeller and did not have to raise the washer to reach the bolts which attached the pump to the bottom of the washer.
