After looking up the meaning of the code I immediately went to looking at the drain line to find a possible sock or article of clothing lodged in line that may be causing a blockage. When no blockage was found the next place I went to was the pump. I disconnected the hoses and started the washer to see if it was running. The pump failed to kick on. Only concludes either a bad pump or it isn't receiving power. After testing for power. I determined that it must be a bad pump.
