After a month of waiting for Sears to order the part and the back and forth on the phone, I looked for the part myself. You guys sent the part and in 2 Days my washer is working again. Rodney G Bakersfield , CA December 02, 2022 Appliance: Whirlpool Washer WTW7000DW0 Washer failed to drain. The display showed error code "dr". After looking up the meaning of the code I immediately went to looking at the drain line to find a possible sock or article of clothing lodged in line that may be causing a blockage. When no blockage was found the next place I went to was the pump. I disconnected the hoses and started the washer to see if it was running. The pump failed to kick on. Only concludes either a bad pump or it isn't receiving power. After testing for power. I determined that it must be a bad pump. Read More...
