In mid week I called for assistance and spoke to tech support. The young Lady forwarded to me the video and a picture where the centering springs, I had purchased from you, went and attached to the tub top. I changed them at a small cost to me $5.90 and my Mama's old washer is running like a young puppy again. We're so blessed to have been the beneficiary of her knowledge and patience.
