I thought I had fixed it the first time when my boyfriend and I pulled a sock out of the water pump. Until I put it all back together and it still wouldn't drain. After about a month of washing our clothes at the laundry mat, I was finally able to order the part. I got the part in just a few days. It was so easy the second time around taking everything apart and putting it back together and it runs great. The kids and I are so happy not to go to the laundry mat!!!! Thanks
