Put the washer in service mode and attempted to open hot and/or cold valve. Neither valve opened and never heard either relay on the control board click. At this point I was sure the IC that controlled the hot/cold relays wasn't working properly but just to be sure, I checked for voltage on the coil input for both relays. There was none.
