Michael G Springville , NY September 12, 2014 Appliance: General Electric Washer WHRE5260E1WW Washer wouldn't fill at all Put the washer in service mode and attempted to open hot and/or cold valve. Neither valve opened and never heard either relay on the control board click. At this point I was sure the IC that controlled the hot/cold relays wasn't working properly but just to be sure, I checked for voltage on the coil input for both relays. There was none. Overnighted the new board, installed it in under 2 minutes, and the washer is working great! Received it as promised, in short amount of time. I installed it that same day. It was quite easy to do. Did a load of washing after the install, and the machine worked perfectly. Am really pleased.
