Sandi Z Weyauwega , WI January 03, 2016 Appliance: Model WHIRLPOOL CABRIO WASH MACHINE Washing machine door would not unlock after the load was complete I was stunned and amazed that the directions we watched on you tube were spot on. It was a repair that I was able to do myself. I only needed to replace the latch and that fixed the problem, your tech was knowledgeable and the products came right away, thank you for saving me a costly repair bill. 5 People found this story helpful Do-It-Yourself Rating: Repair Time Estimate: 30-60 minutes
