One of my suspension rods had corroded and its spring was no longer providing suspension to the washing machine drum. This caused the distance between the upper connection point and the top of the suspension point to be longer than it should be. The extra distance between these points caused the rod to repeatedly came loose from the washing machine Leg and Platform Weld Assembly. Because the rod was disconnected from the Leg and Platform Assembly, the washing machine drum would sag in one corner and cause a lot of banging especially on the spin cycle. I watched a the video on how to repair the suspension rod which gave very thorough instructions for making the repair. I followed the instructions to take apart the cabinet of the washing machine and get access to the areas necessary. I popped the part in very quickly and noticed the machine was no longer sagging. I've run two loads the through machine and all is well! I'm very satisfied with the customer service at AppliancePartsPros.com and very satisfied with the quality of the part and the repair.
