My machine was first leaking only on spin, but within a month it began leaking all of the water as it filled. I called and spoke with a rep who said I needed to take the machine apart and find the leak. I unplugged it and pulled it away from the wall, then poured in a pot of water. Before even taking it apart, I could see water coming out of the drain hose right near the back of the machine and could feel a small hole in the hose. I got the part and used the video on the website to fix it very easily. I had been putting off the repair and used the laundromat for two months, but in 15 minutes my problem was over!
