I called AppliancePartsPros and gave them the detail of my problem and that I thought that the timer may be bad. The guy on the phone with me talked to the technical group and came back and told me that they thought that it was the timer. The timer was ordered and the price was $50 cheaper then a local rep here at home. Anyway the part was ordered and came in less then 2 days and when I replaced it the problem was taken care of. The service, price, and time to get the part was great and I would recommend AppliancePartsPros for everyone.
