Alan G Hernando , FL December 26, 2015 Appliance: Model KAWS750LTO The washing machine quit in the middle of a cycle and would not run I thought that the timer motor must have stopped working so I was going to drag it out to the garbage. Then I went on your website and thought that I would do some research and see if I could fix it. Your videos were incredible and within 10 minutes I had safely removed the part that I thought might be defective. I went on your order area and matched the part up perfectly. I ordered it online at 2:00am.It was shipped within10 hours and I received it the next morning. Wow- I couldn't believe it. The part looked the same so I reinstalled it in about 10 minutes. Now the big moment. Would it work??? I put the plug in and turned on the water.Nothing happened!!!!! Then I remembered that I forgot to turn on the timer. To make a long story short. It is purring like a kitten. I have washed several loads and I swear it feels like a new washer. I feel like a hero, but I owe it all to you guys. Great product great service great delivery, great videos.
