Just opened the control panel, released the clip on plugs and remove the knob from the panel(this was the most difficult part). Installation was just a reverse order. The part that was first sent had broken tabs, called and a replacement was in the mail, it's nice to see a company stand behind products, the takeaway is to inspect the replacement part before you start the takedown.
