I opened the washer and replaced the pump. To open the washer:
1. Remove the 2 screws that are different from the others in the top back corners of the machine. That will let you remove the top.
2. Remove the soap tray and its holder. The tray comes out if you depress the tab in the back center. Its holder comes out if you remove the two screws in the front. You can leave all the hoses attached.
3. Remove the control panel. It snaps in. Undo the top snaps first. You'll have to reach into the machine where you can't see, and push the plastic tabs forward to undo the bottom snaps. Unplug the cables.
4. Remove the front. Undo the screws on top. Remove the clamp holding on rubber drum seal. Remove the 3 screws holding on the interlock. Remove the 2 screws on the bottom. The front also snaps in (you can see the two tabs on top holding it in) so you need to unsnap those, and it comes right off.
5. Remove the pump assembly. It's in the lower left. Remove all the hoses, and wires, and the two screws you can see from the front. It has a foot that connects to the steel cross beam, push the assembly towards the back of the machine and lift, and it will disconnect.
6. At this point the pump is removed with 3 screws.
7. With the old pump off, I put the new on on and reversed the disassembly.
