After looking at several YouTube videos, we decided we could attempt to fix this ourselves. We found the easiest video to follow from Appliance Parts, and ordered the clips and lid switch assembly (the clips we had to replace because we goofed that one ourselves). The parts came within a couple of days. The repair took a little over 1/2 hour only because we had to re-do some steps because my husband was over anxious and did some things without reviewing the video. Overall, it was a very satisfying experience and my washing machine works!
