Alyne K Kaunakakai , HI May 01, 2015 Washing machine wouldn't spin After looking at several YouTube videos, we decided we could attempt to fix this ourselves. We found the easiest video to follow from Appliance Parts, and ordered the clips and lid switch assembly (the clips we had to replace because we goofed that one ourselves). The parts came within a couple of days. The repair took a little over 1/2 hour only because we had to re-do some steps because my husband was over anxious and did some things without reviewing the video. Overall, it was a very satisfying experience and my washing machine works! Cornelia G Kittrell , NC January 09, 2015 Appliance: Model WHIRLPOOL TOPLOAD Washer would not spin properly clips were worn and loose and washer was off balance My husband and I watched your video on U-TUBE on how to repair the washer. I ordered the part and it came very quickly. We use a putty knife and screwdriver to remove the old clips from the top panel and replace the new clips in the same mannner. The clips went on very easily and was a perfect fit. We had a repair appointment scheduled which would have cost us $250.00. We were able to repair the washer ourselves with the clip we ordered from applianceparts Pros. We saved $230.00. This was my first order, I highly recommend everyone to watch the repair video on U-Tube prior to calling a repairman. I love your website! Your product is excellent and the price is just right.
