We got on to AppliancePartsPros.com and looked up what was the problem. Others had the same issue and it only took a few minutes to determine that we needed to order a new washplate. We ordered it on a Thursday and by Friday noon, it was here! We were very pleased with the shipping speed and it fit like a dream. Needless to say, we have clean clothes again!
