I had water from the dispenser but not making ice. I ordered the water filter and the water valve. When I installed the water line I put a shut-off 12" from the connection to the fridge which I don't have to go looking all over for a shut-off. Changing the filter took a whooping 1 minute. Changing the valve took maybe 5 minutes. Easy off reconnected and installed. Now everything works again.
