After submitting a question on the AppliancePartsPros.com site, I received a response indicating the most likely problem, a faulty water filter base. The part arrived in two days. The instructions I received in the original email were adequate. The only issue was the need to separate the two halves of the control housing shroud. It wasn't mentioned and it was a bit difficult to figure out why it wasn't dropping down after all the screws were removed. Other than that, I was finished in about 45 minutes and the water works great. Thanks.
