Ordered and replaced the bracket. Both retention pins for the switch were broken. Checking this was much faster and easier than checking for a frozen water line or bad water valve. On an older refrigerator, this seems more likely the cause of no water, especially since the ice maker was still working. The repair video was very helpful.
