Google searched the same issue, most led to the inlet valve but a video from your website showed it could also be the plate that holds the switches. Thanks to seeing how to take the faceplate off (if you didn't know how most people said they cracked the faceplate) it revealed the pins and clip that hold the switches in place had broken off. A simple $12 plate has my family happy once again . They go to the gym every day so filling their water bottles up is a must. Thanks, appliance parts pros for stocking an older appliance part.
