We replaced the valve but it still didn't work. I checked the float switch and it was working fine. Being disappointed that the $70 part didn't fix the problem and everything checked out fine so I googled our dishwasher over and over for some blog and found one about resetting the dishwasher by unplugging or turning off the circuit beaker for 1 minute to reboot the unit. THAT WAS THE PROBLEM. WORKS FINE NOW. Please change your website to list resetting the unit as the first thing to try. #1. Try resetting/rebooting the unit. #2. Replace the water inlet valve. #3 Test the float switch. Thanks,
