Ordered the filter base from APP and studied the repair video. I can't say enough about how satisfied I am with APP. The repair videos are a life saver. Parts arrive very quickly. Customer service reps are very courteous and knowledgeable. APP will definitely continue to be my go to place for appliance parts.
