Water was pooling both in and outside of the crisper drawers. When the inside back panel was taken off everything was iced over. In reviewing youtube and then finally the AppliancePartsPros.com site we found that there were multiple options that could address the problem. The simplest way-replace the defrost piece on the evaporator coil did not work. However, it gave us time to explore other options. When we removed the back panel it was iced up again. It took more than 24 hours to get rid of the ice to work on it. We replaced the temp sensor and the coil itself. So far so good. My fingers are crossed!
