The trouble shooting section narrowed it down to either the series of valves or the motherboard so I started with the easier of the two. The valves arrived in two days and after watching the Utube video of how to remove and replace them, the actual repair took 10-15 minutes tops! Immediately thereafter we had water and 2 hours later ice! Outstanding website and support!
