The hardwood-engineered floor in front of our frig started to stain and eventually tented a little so I shut off the water feed to the ice maker since that's the usual culprit when there is a leak. The stains on the floor still grew so I suspected that the drip pan might be the culprit since when I replaced the drip tube a couple of months earlier the drip pan cracked when I took out the old drip tube. I thought I had sealed the crack but evidently not!
I easily found the correct part for my refrigerator on AppliancePartsPros.com Other online retailers had it for a lower price but the video AppliancePartsPros.com had to show how to replace the drip pan closed the deal. Without the video, I wasn't sure how to get the drip pan out from underneath the fan and compressor. It was a lifesaver. These guys are great!
