We noticed that water was leaking from the door of our front load washer. Upon examining the door seal, we noticed that it had a small tear. I googled "front load washer seal repair" and ran across the video from AppliancePartsPros.com. I watched the video a couple of times and the repair seemed like something I could attempt to do myself so I ordered the part. The video is very clear and concise, shows the repair step by step. When the part arrived, I gathered my tools and my iPad, loaded the video, and went to work. The process on the video was almost exactly the same as what I needed to do, except for a couple of screws here or there. I completed the repair in about 90 minutes. The parts I found difficult were removing the screws on the bottom front panel and reattaching the spring loaded clamp over the seal.
