Kelly L Woodland Hills , CA June 03, 2017 The wheel on the left side of the upper rack broke This was a really easy fix. But you def need the right tool to unscrew the hexagonal screws from the old. And to put in the new (with the old screws). I have an electric drill with the right bits for that and this was really just a question of taking off the old piece and putting on the new. Once I figured out which tool/bit to use, it took maybe 5 minutes and works perfectly. :) 1 People found this story helpful Do-It-Yourself Rating: Repair Time Estimate: Less than 15 minutes
