The motor would come on for about 5 seconds then stop. Freezer would not work. I googled the problem and found a lot of answers. One answer seemed to fit me the best. I called Whirlpool and they would only sell parts to an authorized repair service....the nearest authorized repair was more than 50 miles from me. Using the model number, I googled again for the parts and found the part number. Googled AGAIN for the part number and found Appliance Parts Pro had what I needed. I called Appliance Pro and the lady helped me a lot...shipped the parts to me...and they arrived the NEXT day using their standard shipping rate. The part was my answer. A simple replacement of the capacitor and relay overload switch had me running like new in no time. I am a senior and a high ticket repair bill would have hurt me a lot. So thankful for the Internet and Appliance Parts Pro for selling to me. Total repair was under $50!!! OH...Youtube had a couple of Appliance Pro Parts how-to videos which made me feel confident that I could do this myself!! THANK YOU, Appliance Parts Pro...you really came through for me..big time with the right BRAND part, friendliness, and help!!. You were cheap, too!! You gotta love Appliance Parts Pro!!
