Found part number on machine, searched your site and a repair kit was found. Watched your excellent repair video that matched my washer model exactly. Ordered the kit and it arrived in 2 days.
I followed the video for reference and although my upper agitator was stuck on tighter than the video, everything went according to plan. I ran 2 test loads and it was like new.
Great site and easy to use for those of us that don't do this every day.
