The washer would try to start. The door would lock, but then would get stuck in the phase of start-up where the drum needs to roll around (I assume so it knows what's in there). It would sit and think about it for a couple minutes and then give the error codes. I shut it off (sometimes had to unplug it and plug it back in), and it would take about 10 minutes for the door to unlock. After reading about fixes, I decided to dive in and try it (the washer is only 3 years old and I'm pretty mechanical). Took off the top and back, unplugged and plugged in all wires from the CCU and MCU and still nothing. So I decided to replace the MCU first. I ordered it and it Thursday late afternoon and it was here on Monday (great service APP). Easy install (3 wire connectors), plugged it back in, hit the power and start buttons and it works like new.
