Checked water lines for kinks and plugs everything normal,
1. replaced thermostat - didn't fix it.
2. replaced water regulater - didn't fix it
3. replaced complete ice maker - works
FYI don't waste money on thermostat just buy a whole new ice maker that comes with a new thermostat and all new parts...
