Three days before thanksgiving we discovered we needed a wire rack for our oven. We were in a panic. Especially because the oven had no model number on it. We called and had superb customer service from Appliance Parts Pros. They looked high and low for a model that might fit based on rough measurements. They overnighted the part. And our Thanksgiving meal was saved!! Thank you!!
